As an experienced Service and Tele-salesperson we are looking for a friendly, chatty individual who enjoys working in a target sales environment. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively engage with customers to establish their needs. This role offers a friendly working environment with close contact with product production personnel, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to further enhance their skills.
The Job:
- To take an existing customer contact list and develop this for the future growth of the company.
- Make outbound B2B calls to decision makers promoting awareness of products.
- Provide customer service to inbound calls.
- Develop friendly and supportive relationships with customers to ensure regular repeat business.
- Arrange appointments for Brewery owners to visit customers.
- Promote specific products in marketing campaigns.
- Experience of Call Centre software such as CRMs and integrated VOIP. Excel and Word.
Flexible working: During a probationary period, this position will be office based at the Brewery’s Brogdale office in Faversham. Upon satisfactory completion of training, the appointee may be able to perform some work activities from home. This would be dependent on targets being met and on the flexible working wishes of the employee and business.
