Cider

Mad Cat Brewery is located on Brogdale Farm just south of Faversham on the north Kent coast. The Farm hosts our neighbours on site the UK’s National Fruit Collection. This is a world renowned treasure trove  including around 3,500 named Apple, Pear, Plum, Cherry, Vine and Cob Nut cultivars. Every year our other neighbour, also on site, Brogdale Cider Company takes much of the harvest and, following their own tradition, craft still cider from the apples and pears grown in the National Fruit collection.
